jump ft. lauderdale

This here photo is the reason I couldn't walk yesterday. I wasn't wearing shoes and I landed really hard on my left foot on the concrete. My foot swelled up and was tender to the touch. I had to hop around all day at work. I'm better now, it only hurts a little and I don't have to hop. This was taken with the timer next to the pool I swim at.
